By using YT Guard you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

YT Guard is an AI-powered tool that estimates the copyright risk of YouTube videos. The free plan includes 3 copyright checks per day. Premium unlocks unlimited checks.

3. Not legal advice

Reports are AI-generated probability estimates, not guarantees and not legal advice. YouTube's Content ID and copyright systems are owned and operated by Google; only Google can decide whether a video gets a strike or claim. Always use your own judgement before publishing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload illegal content, attempt to break the service, abuse free credits, or use the service to harass others.

5. Payments & refunds

Premium is sold via Gumroad. Refund requests are handled per Gumroad's policy. Contact oj742095@gmail.com for any billing questions.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

7. Liability

YT Guard is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any loss caused by relying on AI-generated reports.
